Bridal Shower Cake for Lisa
Author: Heather // Category: Bridal Shower Cakes, Fondant, Wedding
This bridal shower cake was my first attempt at creating lifelike flowers, and I think they turned out quite well. Although you can’t see all of the flowers, there are orchids, calla lilies, and rose buds, along with some ivy leaves.
The cake istelf is vanilla with a lemon butter filling. It is iced in buttercream and covered in white fondant. The accents are royal icing, and all flowers and leaves are made from gumpaste.

Thank you both very much for your kind words.
Ossietra, I don’t recall where I downloaded it from to be honest, but a quick google search should turn it up - that is how I found it.
Thanks,
Heather

When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? - Thanks

Hi Lori, I can’t seem to find your original comment? I do not believe this is something I can turn off for you, in any case, but if you commented under another name perhaps I can see if deleting the original comment helps?

Your wonderful wedding can be much easier for you if you hire a wedding planner to aid you with all the details.

Hello I read a bit of your site which I found absolutely by mistake while doing a bit of online research for some of my research projects. Please write lots more as it is rare that somebody has something appealing to say about this. I will be watching for more!
