What young lady wouldn’t enjoy a princess cake for her third birthday?
This white cake was tinted pink (of course!) and filled with raspberry jam. I made the tiara on top from pink candy melts (white chocolate-based chocolate wafers for melting). The gems are diamond shaped fruit snacks - which were very tasty I might add - and the pearls are edible pearls I made by hand. The gem on top is a ring pop. It is iced in pink buttercream. Tasty!
