Well, it’s been forever, so I will keep this post short and sweet and get right to the cakes. Once again I am without my picture editing software as I have again changed computers, but here are the best shots I got of this one. It is a white cake with berry-rhubarb filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. As you can see, it’s decorated with a basketweave, and leaves. (Hence the “leaf-ing” if my terrible pun wasn’t clear.)
