- My final project cake for Wilton Course 2.
Another cake that is over a year old! This one was for my second Wilton Course, so I had to make the cake from the book. If I remember, this was just a box mix cake (since it was just for a class and I was in a hurry) with a pudding filling, and vanilla buttercream. The flowers are made from royal icing, the leaves are buttercream, and the bird is colour flow.
