Heather Switall is a cake designer based in Brampton, Ontario. She believes in using only top-quality ingredients to create cakes that are fresh, delicious, and beautiful. Heather has trained at McCall's school in Etobicoke, Ontario, and continues updating her skills by taking classes, and through self-directed lea
rning.
Heather is a member of ICES (International Cake Exploration Societe), a cake magazine junkie, and someone who genuinely loves cake! Some people thought she was crazy to make her own wedding cake, but she insisted, and it worked out just fine.
