I am a cake designer and decorator from Brampton, Ontario (Canada.) I have taken many cake decorating classes with Wilton Industries Inc., and McCall’s School of Cake Decoration in Etobicoke, Ontario. I am constantly honing my craft and learning new techniques, and welcome the opportunity to network with those in the sugar arts. I made my first decorated cake at the age of 13; a Father’s Day cake for my dad that I decorated to look like him.
I use fresh, high-quality ingredients in all my cakes and frostings. They are made from scratch using recipes I have tested, tasted, and tweaked for maximum flavour and texture. A cake is a dessert, after all, and I believe it should taste as good as it looks. My personal favourite flavour combination is my vanilla bean cake with vanilla bean buttercream filling, in case you were wondering!
